To establish a lasting connection with my clients and support them in achieving their goals, at any level. The first step involves assessing the foundations of health. This assessment helps provide the best possible personalized recommendations and the necessary shifts for a long-term approach to well-being.

Our collaborative session will delve into your health and medical history, current lifestyle, concerns, nutrition, and wellness goals. We will create a new baseline by incorporating holistic strategies for mental health, movement, sleep, nutrition, and gut-supportive living. The goal is to align your desired state of wellness with your physiological needs based on your life stage.

How it Works

Our time is dedicated to you and your needs. This session is best suited for those who want to explore wellness without committing to a full-time coaching program or package, require minor adjustments to their lifestyle and dietary habits, or want to enhance their current wellness practices and prefer to pay per session.

This session is scheduled quarterly or biannually to review and make adjustments as needed, answer any questions, co-create a personalized health plan, and offer support without accountability. 

60 MINUTE VIRTUAL WELLNESS SESSION

You can schedule a 1 hour in-depth session at any time within the next two months. After scheduling your 60-minute session, you will need to complete a client health assessment form. This form will include questions about your health status, lifestyle, nutrition, and more.

REVIEW YOUR NUTRITION

Prior to our session, you will complete a seven-day food journal that will be sent to you via email. We will be able to tell from this what you are eating and how it makes you feel.

A single express session that focuses on developing clear, actionable steps for a particular health issue, with seven days of email support from me after the session. Ideal for individuals seeking to gain more understanding and insight into their current situation and to receive guidance on their next steps.

We will co-create a strategic 3-month health plan that you can work on at your own pace, whether your goals are to focus on food and nutrition, blood sugar management, immune health, digestive health, boosting energy, or improved focus throughout the day, mindful eating, stress and anxiety relief, weight management, detoxification, and core supplement recommendations to gain confidence in healthy cooking.

Please note: convenient scheduling; evening & weekend hours available. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. The wellness session must be used within two months of the purchase date. After the session is completed, please allow 48-72 hours to receive your personalized wellness plan. You will have email access for 7 days following the session date for any minor questions. If you have specific questions about the health plan and would like to discuss/modify its content after you receive it, the booking of a follow-up session is required.
