If you've landed here, there's a good chance something has felt off for a while. Maybe it's the bloating that never fully goes away. The fatigue that sleep doesn't fix. The sense that you're doing most things right, but still not feeling quite like yourself. Or maybe you're simply curious about holistic nutrition — what working with a nutrition coach actually involves, and whether it's something that could genuinely help you.
Wherever you're coming from, you're welcome here.
"Nutrition coaching isn't about eating perfectly. It's about understanding your body deeply enough that nourishing it starts to feel natural."
WHAT NUTRITION COACHING ACTUALLY IS
There's a lot of confusion around the words coaching, counseling, and consulting when it comes to nutrition -- and honestly, the lines can blur. At Aēlevar, nutrition coaching is a deeply personalized, ongoing conversation between you and your body, guided by someone trained to recognize patterns, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of what your body may be communicating.
It's not a generic meal plan handed to you on day one. It's not calorie counting, restriction or rigid protocols. It's a space where we look at the full picture -- your digestion, energy, stress load, sleep, your relationship with food, environment, your life, and build something sustainable from there. My approach is rooted in integrative and holistic nutrition, with a specialty in gut health and digestive function. That means we’re looking at the bigger picture, not just isolated concerns.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, integrative nutrition looks at how different systems in the body interact and influence one another. From there, we translate those insights more clearly so your approach to food, your actual life and health feels supportive, realistic and sustainable over time.
WHAT WE CAN EXPLORE TOGETHER
Chronic digestive concerns — bloating, irregular digestion, discomfort after eating
Low energy, brain fog, and fatigue that feels disproportionate to your lifestyle
Inflammatory or autoimmune-related concerns and their connection to food
Hormonal health, blood sugar regulation, and metabolic function
Stress resilience and nervous system regulation through nutrition and lifestyle considerations
Building a healthier relationship with food without rigidity or shame
Family and household nutrition, including support for adolescents
What this looks like in practice is a relationship. An initial deep-dive session, thoughtful goal setting, personalized protocols, and consistent check-ins at a pace and level of support that actually fits your life.
ON INSURANCE AND INVESTMENT
Private nutrition coaching is not typically covered by insurance, and I want to be upfront about that. What I can tell you is that the investment tends to go further than people expect — not just in terms of knowledge gained, but in the long-term reduction of guesswork, unnecessary supplements, and ongoing health concerns that quietly drain your energy and resources over time. Many clients find that targeted support earlier saves them significant time, money, and stress down the line.
That said, I understand that financial feasibility is real and personal. If the current offerings don't quite fit where you are right now, that doesn't mean the door is closed.
LET'S FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU
If you're genuinely curious about private nutrition coaching but unsure where to begin, or whether this level of support is the right fit for you -- I'd love to connect. A complimentary 20 minute Wellness Intro Call offers a no pressure space to ask questions, share what you're navigating, and figure out whether Aēlevar is the right home for your current season of health.
There's no obligation. Just an honest conversation, and greater clarity around what your next steps could be.
